If you need your products in a hurry, we also offer the option to expedite shipping for an additional fee. For our international customers, we charge UPS shipping fees, you may be responsible for customs fees.

Eligibility: Items purchased directly from Louminology are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at hello@louminology.com providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will email you a return label.
Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded.
